Detailed Overview

INCOME DISCLOSURE:

NOTE THAT THE INCOME PAID TO ENIGMA MEMBERS SUMMARIZED IN THIS DISCLOSURE DOES NOT INCLUDE EXPENSES INCURRED BY ANY MEMBER IN THE OPERATION OR PROMOTION OF HIS OR HER BUSINESS, WHICH CAN VARY WIDELY AND MIGHT INCLUDE PRODUCT PURCHASES, ADVERTISING OR PROMOTIONAL EXPENSES, PRODUCT SAMPLES, TRAINING, RENT, TRAVEL, TELEPHONE AND INTERNET COSTS, AND MISCELLANEOUS EXPENSES. THESE FIGURES SHOULD NOT BE CONSIDERED AS GUARANTEES OR PROJECTIONS OF YOUR ACTUAL INCOME OR PROFITS. YOUR SUCCESS WILL DEPEND ON INDIVIDUAL DILIGENCE, WORK, EFFORT, SALES SKILL, AND MARKET CONDITIONS. ENIGMA AT NO POINT AND GUARANTEES INDIVIDUAL INCOME OR RANK ADVANCEMENT.

Enigma Customer: (EC) A person who joins for FREE.  They receive limited access to the Enigma Training and Services portal.  If they refer anyone who purchases one of the Enigma product packages, they will receive a 25% Direct Referral Commission paid as an Enigma Voucher for use on any designated Enigma Product purchases.  Vouchers are limited to $600 in any one calendar year.

If a Customer sells 3 $60 Training and Service Packages, they will be rewarded with a $60 Training and Service Package for 1 Month for Free for themselves.  They also have the option to become an Enigma Business Associate by selecting the $15 Administrative Back Office Fee and by opting in to be an EBA and agreeing to the Enigma Network Policies and Procedures.

Enigma Active Customer: (EAC) Every person that purchases an Enigma Training and Service Package of $60, is considered an Active Customer for 28 days from the date of purchase.  If they refer anyone who purchases one of the Enigma product packages, they will receive a 25% Direct Referral Commission paid as an Enigma Voucher for use on any designated Enigma Product purchases.

To remain active that customer must purchase either the Training and Service Package for $60 every 28 days thereafter or an I.R.L.A. License to maintain access. There is a grace period of 3 days for the Customer to renew.  After that the services will be terminated. Services can be renewed at any time by paying the $60 and a new 28-day use agreement begins again.

Enigma Business Associate: (EBA) When a Customer agrees to the Enigma Network Policies and Procedures and checks the box to opt in and become an Enigma Business Associate. They then agree to a $15 Monthly Administrative Back Office Fee and are no longer considered a customer. They also agree to continue to remain active with the Training and Service Package of $60 each month.

Enroller Team: (ET) Your Personally Enrolled Enigma Business Associates (EBAs) and Enigma Active Customers (EACs).

Enroller Team Volume: (ETV) Commissionable Volume from the sales of product packages by your Enroller Team to infinity.

Commissionable Volume:  (CV) The amount of volume attached to each Product Package which commissions are based on.

Referral Bonus: The commission paid upon the sale of a Product Package.

Code: The EBA who is Coded to receive the Generation (GEN) percentage of Referral Bonus they are qualified for.  All Product Sales Commissionable Volume (CV) is paid through the Code Rewards.

Community Line:  (CL) Global community line where all EBA’s are time stamped upon entry and placed into one Global CL.  Commissions are not paid in the CL; it is used for the purposes of assisting EBA’s to achieve Ranks in the Code Rewards plan.

Matching Check Bonus:  (MCB) A Matching Percentage of Commissions earned from your ET commissions.  MCBs are fully compressed through 12 Generations.

Pay Period:  A 4-Week period of time starting on Sunday at 12 Midnight PT USA and ending on the following Sunday at 11:59pm PT USA.  4 weeks = 1 Pay Period.

I.R.L.A.: Intelligent Retrieval Learning Algorithm.

Optional Product Packages

Emerging Market Package:  I.R.L.A. Monthly License $49 per Month. Package includes 1 I.R.L.A. $300-$500 maximum in Trade Deposits.  Eligible countries to be determined.  Package CV = 50.

Access Pass Package:  I.R.L.A. Monthly License $99 per Month. Package includes 1 I.R.L.A. $1000-$10,000 maximum in Trade Deposits.  Package CV = 100.

Annual Pass Package:  I.R.L.A. Yearly License $999 for 1 Year License. Package includes 1 I.R.L.A. $1000-$30,000 maximum in Trade Deposits.  Package CV = 1000.

ALL Access Pass Package: I.R.L.A. Yearly License $2499 for 1 Year License. Package includes ALL I.R.L.A.’s with NO maximum in Trade Deposits.  Can use multiple I.R.L.A.’s at the same time.  Package CV = 2500.

All Trade Deposits remain in full control of the customer or EBA.  Enigma has no access nor custody of your deposits into your I.R.L.A. License accounts.

Enigma reserves the right to receive a 10% contribution on trade revenues from the I.R.L.A. license each pay period.

 

Code Rewards Plan

All active EBA’s are eligible to receive a 25% Direct Referral on the 1st Level and a 5% Direct Referral on the 2nd Level. Plus they are also eligible for 10% MCB on their personally enrolled EBAs.

Generations are fully compressed to the next Qualified Generation Ranking Coded Member in the Upline ET.

An active and qualified EBA receives the compressed Coded (Differential) Generations all the way through Infinity or until the next active and qualified EBA, at their same Rank or Higher. If there are no other qualified EBAs at the same or higher Rank, then the entire Coded Generations are paid infinitely to the qualified EBA.

Example: If Mary is Qualified for all 11 Generations and John is Qualified below her in the ET for 6 Generations. Then John receives Coded Generation payout of Generations 1-6 for a total of 12% (reference Code Rewards Chart below) and Mary receives a Coded Generation payout of Generations 7-11, for a total of 8%. If nobody else in the ET is blocking Mary (ie. She is qualified for 11 Generations and nobody else in the ET is qualified), then she receives the entire 20% of the Coded Generations.

 

Qualifying Rank Volumes

No more than 50% Enroller Team Volume (ETV) from any one Enroller Team (ET) can be used towards Qualifying Rank Volume.  This would be the strongest Enroller Team.

The remaining Qualifying Rank Volume must come from all other Enroller Teams combined.

And 10% in Qualifying Rank Volume can come from the Community Line (CL), no matter who the Enroller is. Community line volume applies as long as the volume is there in the EBA’s Community Line.

For example, an EBA could have 200,000 ETV in 1 ET, which would be their strongest ET, and volume from all other teams combined, outside of that strongest ET, is 95,000 ETV. In this case, 95,000 ETV from the strong ET and 95,000 ETV from all the other combined ETs totals 190,000 ETV.  In addition, 10% of the 190,000 ETV is 19,000 which they would be able to use from the CL (as long as the volume exists in the CL) to rank up.  So their total Qualifying Rank Volume would be 209,000.  They would qualify for the Rank of Senior Manager, which is 200,000 ETV to qualify.

Calculations for Ranks will be done daily ending at 11:59PM PT each day.

Volume for Ranks are an accumulated amount from the date of the EBA’s enrollment. Once a Rank is achieved EBAs will have a minimum ETV to maintain the Rank. The minimum ETV to maintain Ranks will be announced at a later date.

 

Rank #1 – Builder:  $20,000 in ETV, including up to 10% from CL. Qualified for 1st Generation Code Rewards total of 2%, plus MCB of 10% at GEN 1 and 10% at GEN 2 and Recognition.

Rank #2 – Pro-Builder:  $50,000 in ETV, including up to 10% from CL. Qualified through 2nd Generation Code Rewards total of 4%, plus MCB 10% at GEN 1, 10% at GEN 2, 5% at GEN 3 and Recognition.

Rank #3 – Manager:  $100,000 in ETV, including up to 10% from CL. Qualified through 3rd Generation Code Rewards total of 6%, plus MCB 10% at GEN 1, 10% at GEN 2, 5% at GEN 3, 5% at GEN 4, 2% at GEN 5 and Recognition.

Rank #4 – Senior Manager:  $200,000 in ETV, including up to 10% from CL. Qualified through 4th Generation Code Rewards total of 8%, plus MCB 10% at GEN 1, 10% at GEN 2, 5% at GEN 3, 5% at GEN 4, 2% at GEN 5, 2% at GEN 6 and Recognition.

Matching Check Bonus (MCB)

All active EBA’s receive a 10% MCB on their 1st GEN of Personally Enrolled EBAs from the start of their Membership. The 10% is automatically given upon joining as an EBA. The other percentages are earned and will be paid in Generations through Qualifications. Matching Checks are fully Compressed.

Global Pools

Pool #1 – Influencer Pool: All EBAs at the Ranks of Influencer and above share in this Pool; paid out once a pay period. Pool is .5% of all Global Sales shared equally among those at Influencer and above.

Pool #2 – Senior Influencer Pool: All EBAs at the Ranks of Senior Influencer and above share in this Pool; paid out once a pay period.  Pool is .5% of all Global Sales shared equally among those at Senior Influencer and above.

Pool #3 – Global Influencer Pool: All EBAs at the Rank of Global Influencer share in this Pool; paid out once a pay period.  Pool is 1% of all Global Sales shared equally among those at Global Influencer.

 

Customer Qualification Requirement

There will be a 3 Customer Qualification Requirement for EBAs.  A Customer is defined as someone joining and using one of the Enigma Company Products but is NOT an EBA.  An EBA has a 120-Day grace period to fulfill their Customer Requirements.  This will be fully enforced for all USA memberships. A total of 75% of all sales are paid out in the Code Rewards. All payouts are derived from sales of Member & Customer package purchases.
