o Refunds must be requested within 7- days of original payment date.

  • Clients must contact EGN via email at support@enigmanetwork.com to inform us of a refund request. The request for refund must come from the Clients email on file. NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • Upon receipt, the return will be noted on the clients account and a refund will be issued to the client within 7- days.
  • After the refund is completed, account access will be removed from the client.

Except as expressly stated herein, Company makes no warranty or representation as to the merchantability, workmanship or any other warranty concerning any software/service purchased fomr EGN please email support@enigmanetwork.com for inquiries regarding your account.

NOTICE

By purchasing any of EGN SaaS or digital products, you are agreeing to and will abide by this refund policy.  The company may update the refund policy without notice.  ANY AND ALL services, products and/or software purchased on EGN’s respective company partner sites will fall under that companies’ terms and refund policies.
