Enigma Customer: (EC) A person who joins for FREE.  They receive limited access to the Enigma Training and Services portal.  If they refer anyone who purchases one of the Enigma product packages, they will receive a 25% Direct Referral Commission.

Enigma Active Customer: (EAC) Every person that purchases our Training and Service Package of $60, is considered an Active Customer for 28 days from the date of purchase.  If they refer anyone who purchases one of the Enigma product packages, they will receive a 25% Direct Referral Commission.

To remain active that customer must purchase either the Training and Service Package for $60 every 28 days thereafter or an I.R.L.A. License to maintain access. There is a grace period of 3 days for the Customer to renew.  After that the services will be terminated. Services can be renewed at any time by paying the $60 and a new 28-day use agreement begins again.

Enigma Business Associate**: (EBA) When a Customer agrees to the Enigma Network Policies and Procedures and checks the box to opt in and become an Enigma Business Associate. They then agree to a $15 Monthly Administrative Back Office Fee and are no longer considered a customer. They also agree to continue to remain active with the Training and Service Package of $60 each month.

Tutor-250 – Mentor Ranks**:  An Enigma Business Associate who has reached a rank based on the building of their 3 Teams.  See EDGE Rewards Chart for Rank Qualifications.  Once an EBA has 3 Personal EAC’s or EBA’s, one on Team 1, one on Team 2 and one on Team 3, they will no longer be obligated to pay their $60 Monthly Package Fee out of pocket. Get 3 and pay no more!

Then, once an EBA reaches Tutor-250 or higher they can have the option to have the $60 Service Package Fee and $15 Monthly Admin Back Office Fee automatically taken as a commission deduction at $18.75 per week. This will ensure that they stay active and qualified always.

To reach the Ranks of Tutor, you must have 3 Personally Enrolled and Active EBA’s, one on each of your 3 Teams.

To reach the Ranks of Coach, you must have 6 Personally Enrolled and Active EBA’s, with at least one on each of your 3 Teams.

To reach the Ranks of Adviser, you must have 9 Personally Enrolled and Active EBA’s, with at least one on each of your 3 Teams.

To reach the Rank of Mentor, you must have 12 Personally Enrolled and Active EBA’s, with at least one on each of your 3 Teams.

There is a 70% cap, with the exception of Tutor-250.

Holding Tank:  The Enigma Holding Tank is a management tool for an EBA to place their EBA’s into their genealogy, ie. one of the selected 3 Teams.  Enigma has set the Holding Tank option as a default in the back office.  You can override this function at any time and select the placement in a specific Team or the Team with the lesser volume. This means when you enroll an EBA and they purchase a product, they are held in a holding tank until you login and place them in one of your 3 Teams.  You have 48 hours to place a new EBA.  After 48 hours, the software will place that EBA in the Team with the least volume.

Pay Period:  The pay period for the Enigma Edge Rewards Plan runs each week from Sunday at 12 Midnight PST to 11:59PM PST the following Sunday.  Commissions are paid each week on MONDAY, following the commission run calculated the previous Sunday night. Commissions will be verified for accuracy and then paid out.  A Pay Period is every 4 weeks (28-days), with 13 pay periods per year.

Rank Advancement Period: The period for rank advancement runs simultaneously with the commission period, so it also ends at 11:59PM PST on each Sunday.  You have until 11:59PM PST each week to reach the next rank or ranks and get paid the following week at that rank.

Terms/Conditions/Policies:  Must be digitally checked/agreed upon.  Without agreement, you are not eligible to be an Enigma Business Associate.  Enigma reserves the right to amend and adjust the Enigma rewards plan as needed and without notice.
